Community hotpot supper will feed people for free

by Jenny Cavendar

Another lovely initiative by the Newton and Earlestown Community group takes place on Wednesday, 17 February – a community hotpot supper.

It will see free hotpots offered to those in need, for whatever reason, across Newton-le-Willows.

The group have teamed up with Newton Deli to organise the hotpot supper, and there are several ways to get involved.

If you would like to receive a hotpot, you can book one online. “No questions asked, nobody left behind.” You can have the hotpot delivered to you, or you can collect from Newton Deli on the night.

If you could help deliver the hotpots between 5-8pm on Wednesday 17 February, please get in touch with the Newton and Earlestown Community Group via their Facebook page.

You can also help cover the cost of the hotpots for someone in need by ‘paying it forward’. If you can make a contribution towards this project you can do it online.
