Computer lessons

If you want to brush up your digital skills – or have a computer problem that is leaving you baffled – why not pop along to these weekly computer lessons, where an experienced tutor is on hand to help.

Every Monday morning from 10am – 12pm at Crownway Community Centre, expert Gordon is on hand to teach informal computer skills – delivered in a group setting. It will help both your typing and computer skills.

Whether you need to start from the very beginning or continue your learning, structured support and guidance is available to help you learn how to:

  • Understand the basics of computers
  • Browse the Internet and send emails
  • Complete office-related tasks, word processing, designing flyers and newsletters
  • Technical queries involving digital cameras, scanning, printing, uploading and downloading information
  • Fun and games to keep you entertained
  • Creating slideshows on PowerPoint

The sessions are just £1 per person. You may wish to bring your own laptop, computer, tablet or phone with you, but if not, they have laptops available to use.
