The Ladies Friendship Group
The Ladies’ Friendship Group is for women who want to meet others for outings and activities. They now meet on the last Tuesday of the month at Crownway Community Centre from 2 – 3.30pm. (Please note new dates.)
Many women reach a stage in life when children have flown out of the nest, they’ve retired from work, find themselves without a partner or realising that their old friends have moved away. If any of that sounds familiar, join this group to meet others in similar situation, go for outings, and participate in courses together.
Some of the activities this group have enjoyed include trips to the cinema, ‘speed dating’ sessions, singing for pleasure, and upcycling projects.
Come along to the next session on the last Tuesday of the month at 2-3.30 pm. (Occasionally, it might be another week and not the last Tuesday, so please keep an eye on Crownway Community Centre’s social media pages, email office@crownwaycommunitycentre.co.uk or call 01925 222907 to double check the date of the next session.)
